We have a great opportunity for an exciting but challenging full time role as a Sales progressor situated within our Mannamead Road office.
The role of the Sales Progressor is to provide crucial back up to the Sales team and ensure that the sales pipeline progresses efficiently through to completion. You will be liaising with a range of solicitors, mortgage lenders and Estate agents and reporting back to the Vendors and purchasers whilst being able to demonstrate skills to manage expectations.
Ideally candidates will have experience in a similar role, legal conveyancing background or at least several years experience in Estate Agency. Excellent knowledge of the conveyancing process is essential. It would suit someone who enjoys Estate Agency but perhaps wants to step away from the Sales side and work Monday to Friday.
It is essential that you have fantastic problem solving ability, be able to prioritise your workload, have good IT skills and excellent communication skills.

We are looking for a self motivated person to join our busy Mannamead Rd Estate Agency office. Working on Saturdays, you will be responsible for property viewings, selling properties, registering applicants and carrying out general administrative duties.
You will need to be driven to achieve both personal and branch targets alongside the ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent customer service.
