Lang Town & Country are seeking an apprentice/trainee administrator for its prominent Mannamead Road office.  

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist our current administrator in day to day tasks. The candidate will also be dealing with incoming calls and assist the sales team in booking viewing and valuation appointments. The candidate may also be required to deal with clients coming in to the office.

Skills and abilities required

The key skills required are a strong attention to detail, a good understanding of Microsoft office programs and strong literacy, IT and typing skills.  The candidate must be able to prioritise a workload, work as part of a team and cope well under pressure. Excellent communication skills are essential for the job role.

Qualifications and experience

•GCSE grade A* - D in English or equivalent. 

Experience in either administration or estate agency are not essential but would be preferred. 

Working hours will be 08:45 – 17:30 (Monday to Friday)
