James started his agency career over 19 years ago and within 3 years he had become an award-winning branch manager for a corporate agency. Due to the continued success of the Land & New Homes department, James’ primary role is to develop this area of the business.
Marc has a diploma in residential estate agency and has been successfully selling and valuing homes for 30 years in the Plymouth area. His passion and expertise for property has provided valuable experience to Lang Town and Country since he joined the firm in 2001.
A staunch ‘Plymothian’ Jay feels privileged to have worked in the Plymouth property market for over 35 years. He joined Lang & Co in 1995 and was keenly involved in our merger with Town and Country in 2016. He has represented the city in both hockey and cricket.

Richard is one of the company’s founding Directors who now focuses his time on providing clients with up to date rental valuations as well as property investment advice. Richard is a family man married to Sarah, with two children and of course not forgetting their dog Molly.

Tracy joined Lettings in 2001 after returning to the UK, where she had managed the holiday accommodation in Spain & Portugal, for our service personnel. Within 6 years she became the Managing Director, having experienced all aspects of the letting agency and enjoyed training other colleagues.

Sharlotte has been working within the property sector for the last 6 years and has qualified to become a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. She loves to provide a fantastic service and exceed client expectations whilst helping clients fulfil their dream of moving home.
With over twenty years’ experience selling new homes, Tracey brings a wealth of expertise in selling property off plan and understands the full construction process. Her experience spans from private developers to national plc’s and she is fully versed in schemes such as Help to Buy.

Andrew has been working within estate agency since 2009 and his knowledge of the area and passion to provide excellent client care has lead to many recommendations from happy clients. Andrew enjoys keeping fit, running half marathons, being a husband and fantastic daddy to his young son.
Debbie is a fully qualified Paralegal in Property Law who joined Lang Town and Country in October 2017. Originally working on the sales side of the business, Debbie now works solely in sales progression and loves the challenge of ensuring our client’s move goes as smoothly as possible.
Nikita is an integral part of the team and provides immense experience whilst providing first class client assistance in selling an array of wonderful homes. She enjoys travelling and spending time with her family.
Having recently completed a Business and Marketing degree at university and following a successful internship with Lang Town & Country, Conall has returned to the company to develop his career in Estate Agency.
Ian is always smiling and loves to show potential buyers around property. He provides a high level of customer service and his local knowledge is fantastic. In his spare time, he likes to socialise with his friends.
Gwen has worked within the business sector for many years and her incredible experience provides support to the directors. In her spare time, she likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.
Christina provides administrative support for the Land & New Homes team. Assisting with marketing properties and ensuring all necessary compliance, she is focussed on the smooth running of our busy department.
Siobhan has joined the firm as an apprentice and is currently studying to complete her NVQ qualifications. In her spare time she likes to keep fit and socialise with friends.
Zoe joined us as an apprentice and now leads the admin team who provide total support to the Sales and Land & New Homes divisions. She likes to keep fit, travel and socialise with friends and family.

Having worked in the lettings industry since 2008, Claire originally joined in 2011 as a Property Inspector and then went on to become a Negotiator. After leaving the company in 2013 to concentrate on raising her children, she returned in 2015 and has recently been promoted to Office Manager.

Carla was delighted to join our team in May 2017 after working within the industry since 2001. She gives professional, friendly advice to all clients and is passionate about property and assisting others to grow their portfolios. She loves to take holidays in the sun with her husband and two children.

Bryony has been working in the Lettings industry since she was 17 starting out as an apprentice and has always been interested in property. She is a member of ARLA Propertymark and gained a Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Letting and Property Management in 2017.

Born and raised in Lisbon, Portugal, Hugo moved to Plymouth in 2009 and has worked in Lettings ever since. Having enjoyed several job roles, Hugo completed the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management and became a Member of ARLA Propertymark.
Cathy joined us in October 2016 as our Accounts Assistant. She spent 34 years in Lloyds Bank in Front Line Customer Service, Project work and Personal Assistant roles. She also spent 18 months at Dame Hannahs Charity in Ivybridge. She is Level 2 AAT qualified.

Paul is the Managing Director of Lang Town & Country. He is still very hands on with the day to day running of the Plymstock office and his local knowledge on this area is second to none. He is passionate about his job and over the years he has helped numerous clients time and time again.
Natalie is the administrator in the Plymstock office where she has worked for over a decade. She works closely with everyone in the office, preparing brochures, adding properties to the websites and creating adverts. She has lived in Plymstock from a young age and knows the area very well.

Rebecca joined the company in 2011 after completing a business administration apprenticeship and is now responsible for managing all key accounts. Her focus is on getting to really know both our landlords and tenants, to achieve the smooth management of client properties.

Olivia joined the company in 2014 and has a great passion for all thing’s property. With a wealth of knowledge and expertise from 6 years working within the property industry, she now strives to provide excellent customer service and create a stress-free house move for every client she looks after.
Senior Sales Consultant
Sue joined in 2011 and is a dynamic member of the sales team with a wealth of knowledge on all aspects of the sales and lettings business. She provides exemplary customer service, exceeding customers expectations by going the extra mile to ensure smooth stress free transactions.
Holly has lived in Plymstock all her life so has good knowledge of the area and loves to give buyers advice on local amenities and the area. She joined Lang Town & Country in 2016 and is continually striving to develop her knowledge within the industry, providing customers a first class service.
Jackie has worked in the Plymstock office for a number of years and she is an integral part of the team. She is responsible for the majority of viewings for the Plymstock office and making sure they run smoothly.

Gareth has been working in the sales industry for over 15 years specialising in the waterfront and new homes sector. He has a proactive agency approach to marketing homes and a keen eye for quality marketing. When not in the office Gareth is often outdoors on on his mountain bike or kayak.

Becky is an experienced sales manager who assists Gareth in our Waterside office. Becky is also a qualified member of the NAEA. Becky is well known for her charity work and within the last few years has raised thousands for Cancer Research with her famous charity breakfast and horse show.
Hannah joined the team after a work experience placement in our Mannamead office. Outside of work she is a keen fitness enthusiast.
Chloe our office administrator assists Becky in the daily office support and organisation of the team.
