2. Booking a Viewing

How quickly you can view a property will depend on whether it is currently vacant

Once you have found or received details for a property you think is right for you the property will need to be viewed.

How quickly you can view a property will depend on whether it is currently vacant, which can usually be viewed right away or if tenants are still living at the property, 24 hours notice will need to be provided to the tenants.

When booking a viewing you will need to provide your name and a telephone number on which you will contactable during the day of your viewing. All appointments need to be confirmed on the day to ensure that you are still able to attend and that the information on file is correct. Viewings are conducted by the agent who will meet you outside of the property at the arranged appointment time.
