Lang Town & Country is celebrating after winning another major accolade at the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards 2022.
For the third year in a row, our dedicated team has received an Excellent Rating for Lettings – the property industry’s most prestigious mark of excellence.
This recognition is a particularly proud moment for our lettings department, which celebrates its 25th anniversary this year after starting off as Town & Country back in 1997.
Richard and Sarah Rabin travelled to London on Wednesday 21 September to collect our accolade in person during a prestigious ceremony at Evolution in Battersea Park.

How the Best Estate Agent Guide Awards are judged
More than 15,000 estate and letting agencies are assessed each year for property marketing, customer service and results.
Each office is scored against a unique set of criteria looking at property marketing, customer service and results – which are determined following a survey of 30,000 buyers, sellers, landlords and renters.
There follows a whole-of-market assessment, using a combination of data analysis, mystery shopping and a website review to identify the best agencies in the country.

Winning this award again puts us in an elite group of agents, and also means we have attained the high performance standards necessary to be listed in the Best Estate Agent Guide 2023 for Lettings.
Celebrating at the EA Masters 2022
EA Masters 2022 is the UK’s largest-ever leadership conference, exhibition and awards.
The event also offered a unique opportunity to discover the suppliers who will be launching their latest products and features.
Presenters on the night were David Jones, anchor of Sky Sports ‘Monday Night Football’ and ‘Super Sunday’, and Robert Rinder MBE, the well-known barrister turned writer and broadcaster.
Sarah Kemp, EA Masters Event Director, said: “When it comes to selecting the celebrities that will present Best Estate Agent Guide Awards, we look for recognisable figures who have achieved success in their walk of life.
“This year, our conference theme – A New Dawn – seeks to explore the changed business and societal landscape – including a shift in motivations from material wealth to finding meaning and impact.”
There were also a number of fantastic guest speakers, including John Volanthen, who played a leading role in the 2018 Thailand cave rescue; Helen Sharman OBE CMG, the first British astronaut in space; and Simon Whale, founder of top property tech company Kerfuffle.
