She left the company in 2013 to focus on raising her children, and returned in 2015, completing the Level 3 Award in Residential Letting & Property Management in 2017. Before relocating from Somerset, she worked as a Lettings Coordinator for a major estate and letting agency covering Somerset and Devon and prior to that was a Lettings Manager for many years at another established Letting Agency in Somerset. Outside of work, Christine enjoys scuba diving, cycling, swimming, and walking.

Shawnie began her career in Estate Agency in 2014, working in a busy City Centre Sales Team. In 2023, she brought her experience and enthusiasm to the Lang Town and Country Lettings Team, where she continues to provide dedicated support to clients and landlords. Outside of work, Shawnie enjoys spending time with her daughter, husband, and their dog. Whether she’s reading a good book, exploring new places, or heading off on a camping trip, she makes the most of her time between Plymouth and Bournemouth where half of their family live.

Liz has worked for Lang Town and Country since May 2022, working initially for the Mannamead Office before joining the Plymstock Team in November 2022. Liz covers all the Saturday viewings and some holiday cover in the office and is passionate about her attention to detail in helping all our clients and being as informative as possible on every viewing that takes place. She has a good understanding of the conveyancing process having initially worked for conveyancing solicitors, and this knowledge can be applied to help guide our clients smoothly through the sales viewings.

Tracy joined Town & Country Lettings in 2001 after returning to the UK, having managed holiday accommodation for service personnel in Spain and Portugal. Her dedication and leadership saw her rise through the ranks to become Director, before choosing to focus her career on finance. She now serves as our Finance Director, bringing a wealth of experience and strategic insight to the role. Outside of work, Tracy enjoys exploring moorland and coastal trails with her family and has recently rekindled her passion for horse riding.

Natalie is the administrator for all offices and has been with the company since 2008. She works closely with everyone in the offices, preparing brochures, adding properties to the websites and creating adverts. She has lived in Plymstock from a young age and knows the area very well.
