We’ve teamed up with Australian firm Gavl to bring you the latest properties on the market, which you can browse from the comfort of your own home.
We’ve already hosted a handful of live streams which have shown great benefits for potential buyers and sellers.
What is Gavl Live?
For the last four years, Gavl Live has been helping estate agents to engage with their customers digitally through its livestream auctions, which are broadcast in real-time to potential buyers around the globe.
The Australian firm understands that in the current climate, identifying prospects without physical inspections is tough – and getting interested parties through for inspections is even tougher.
Which all makes the whole process of finding and qualifying property buyers so much more difficult than normal.
That’s why Gavl has now launched a live open home inspections service, which allows you to look around a property from the comfort of your own home and allows sellers to showcase their properties without having to worry about social distancing and other restrictive factors during lockdown.
What’s more, it allows agents like us to interact with viewers in real-time as we conduct the walkthroughs, answering any questions you might have and helping you make the decision on whether you want to buy the property.

How do I watch a Gavl Live stream?
1. Download the Gavl Live app
The Gavl Live app allows buyers to browse listings, shortlist properties and watch auctions all from the palm of your hand.
First, you’ll need to download the app from the Apple Store here or from the Google Store here.
You can also visit the Gavl website here.
2. Sign up and verify your email address
You’ll need to enter your details, including a valid email address and password.
Once you’ve signed up, you’ll be sent a confirmation email to verify your account.
3. Shortlist the properties you want to view
Simply enter your preferred location in the search box (‘Plymouth’ in this instance) and it will show you all the properties scheduled for live streams.
