As with all ‘good ideas’, what started as a fanciful conversation soon developed into a ‘no brainer’!! Hence two well established and firmly Plymouth conscious property companies are merging their skills and strengths.
Both innovative and yet highly principled, the companies fit very well together. Both the new board of directors and both sets of staff have already developed a strong bond and are all determined to become one of the foremost property companies for both sales and lettings within the city.
Richard Rabin, one of the directors, quotes, ‘We are two like-minded property companies with a great history between us providing honest expert advice in both estate agency and lettings. With the joining of our two companies we can offer our clients even more choice and appeal to a new and larger market whilst still maintaining our personal service which has created the companies that we are today.’
Both companies and many of the individuals involved have been immersed in the Plymouth property market for many years.
Jay Foster joined Constables, a well established firm of estate agents and Chartered Surveyors, in 1982 and joined Lang & Co in 1995.
Richard Rabin has a long standing pedigree in property affairs and started up Town & Country Lettings with Chris Forrest back in 1997.
The other Directors are James Clarke, Marc Rees, Tracy Brady, Gareth Forrest and Paul Preen with Chris Forrest taking a consultancy role.
The merging of the two companies, and their combined experience of their various skills and passion of the Directors, will result in one of the most progressive and knowledgeable estate agents and letting companies within the Plymouth and Surrounding area.
