Estate agents in Plymouth report that houses in the city are selling quicker than ever. The main issue still affecting house-hunters is the lack of supply.

According to Rightmove, in the last 12 months properties here had an overall average price of £223,376.

During that time, terraced properties fetched an average price of £203,769, semi-detached homes £243,687, and flats £144,260.
