Lang Town & Country Lettings are would like to congratulate Rebecca Bartlett & Hugo Oliveira on completing their Level 3 Technical Award in Residential Lettings and Property Management.
Whilst not mandatory, the qualification is recognised by Ofqual and is broadly equivalent to an A-level in standard. Candidates are required to study and pass 4 separate units coveringGeneral Law, Health, Safety and Security in Relation to Residential Letting and Property Management, Legal Aspects of Letting and Management, Residential Property Letting Practice, Residential Property Management Practice.
Both Rebecca and Hugo undertook their study in their own free time in addition to being full time Property Managers and juggling family commitments.
The entire Lettings team were delighted and immensely proud when they both qualified. Rebecca and Hugo are now eligible to become members of ARLA allowing them to display the post-nominals MARLA on all of their personal stationery.
Emma and Bryony are now keen to follow in their footsteps and have both began the registration process in order to gain their qualifications too.
