Being an Estate Agent is challenging, hard work but very rewarding. We require members of our team to take the time and build relationships with buyers to gain a thorough understanding of their requirements before arranging appointments and whisking them off to view some of many different types of property we have been asked to sell. Unsurprisingly lunchtimes, evenings and weekends are the most convenient times for our customers to view properties and we always try and meet this demand.

When not on viewings it is imperative that our vendors and potential buyers are kept constantly updated and you will be responsible for handling property enquiries, negotiations and queries. One of the most rewarding parts of the job is to negotiate a sale and be involved on the day of completion when you hand over the keys to a property.

As well as an extensive knowledge of the geographic Plymouth area and amenities, we expect you to have the need to provide a strong customer focus, excellent sales skills and a highly organised approach. Every discussion with a client/buyer is different so it is imperative to be a clear and professional communicator along with the ability to chat confidently and to listen to others. You should be a considerate team player – someone who puts people first and can work collaboratively with customers and colleagues alike.

We are looking for preferably experienced Sales Consultants who can shine within an established team that is already providing the very highest level of service to our clients. We work hard to achieve exceptional results, with industry-leading technology and wide-reaching marketing strategies to support both you and our clients. We want you to have an energetic desire for you to do every task well and exceed expectations for our clients, our business and your career.

A competitive remuneration package is on offer but will be dependent on experience but will include a basic salary, a share of office commission along with other incentives to increase your salary. The use of your own car would be advantageous.

We have a both Full/Part Time positions available but working Saturdays will be expected.

A Full current driving licence is essential.
