Two of Lang Town & Country’s most experienced Property Managers are to host their first ‘Landlords Advice Evening’.
Property Managers Rebecca Bartlett and Emma Trevorrow will be hosting an informal drop in service for anyone interested in finding out more information about the rental market.
ARLA Qualified, Rebecca will be happy to provide up to date information on the current legislations and regulations that are in place within the property industry, in an easy to digest manner.
The event is an opportunity for current & potential landlords to meet our team and ask any questions they may have about the lettings process and today’s market.
Additionally, those interested in learning more about the rental market for future investment plans will benefit vastly by being provided with free, honest advice on which areas are in high demand within the rental market and what key factors they should bear in mind when purchasing an investment property.
Independent financial advisor Justin Lusher will also be attending the event to share his extensive knowledge and provide further information on the services he can offer.

The evening will be held at our Plymstock branch between 4.30pm and 6.30pm, where light refreshments will be served.
