Lang Town & Country will be featuring its clients properties at this years international boat show which commences on 11th September. Gareth Forrest who has a wealth of experience in Plymouth’s Waterside and Coastal market commented “the boat show has for the last few years been an excellent opportunity for us to show our homes to a market specifically interested in living and life on the Water”.
Lang Town & Country are appointed as members of the waterside homes network which is made up of specialist agents that have a strength in dealing with the sale of properties in Coastal, Waterfront and Estuary Homes. The financially incentivised network enables member firms to refer both buyers and sellers between offices. Gareth commented “we have noticed a trend since becoming members an increase in buyers coming from the South East looking for homes in Plymouth and surrounding areas”.
Demand for homes in Cornwall continues to grow and we have found a number of buyers register each year. The Plymouth market has been attracting buyers looking to be close to marinas so that they can explore the host of destinations within easy reach of Plymouth and further a field.
