Lang Town & Country Celebrate their 20th Anniversary within the Lettings Industry

One of Plymouths most reputable and trustworthy Letting agencies is celebrating their 20th year of successful business this August.

In August 1997, Richard Rabin launched Town & Country Lettings. Over the last two decades, the company has continued to grow and develop, establishing itself as one of the most highly respected Letting agents in the city.

Town & Country’s success was signified in 2011 with the expansion into property sales through the creation of Town & Country Estate Agents.

Throughout the following years, Town & Country continued to lead the way in providing the people of Plymouth with the honest, reliable advice on which it had built its foundations on.

During 2015, Town & Country joined forces with another of Plymouths most respected Estate Agents, Lang & Co, to create Lang Town & Country. The merger enabled the expansion of the Lettings business to take place, without compromising their long-standing commitment to the highest quality of customer service.

Whilst the flagship North Hill office managed by Director’s Tracy Brady and Richard Rabin remains to be the Lettings  ‘Head Office’, there are now four Lang Town & Country offices located across the city from which a Lettings service is offered, located in Mannamead, North Hill, Plymstock and the Barbican.

In this same year, Lang Town & Country once again made their mark on Plymouth’s property industry with the launch of their ‘Waterside Office’. The first of its kind, this office celebrates Plymouths historic link with the sea and offers specialist advice on the Letting and Sales of all waterside properties, whether an executive apartment located by the stunning marina or a more rural property by an estuary.

Plymouth’s rental market has altered dramatically over the last 20 years. However, Lang Town & Country Lettings have stood the test of time and have continued to stay at the forefront of the industry in terms of professionalism and quality of service throughout.

The property industry has grown considerably and has swiftly become entwined in the digital era and the realms of social media. Whilst Lang Town & Country continue to grow and modernise in unison with the times, their core values remain the same, to provide high quality customer service and reliable honest advice.

In order to maintain this philosophy throughout the coming years, Lang Town & Country have introduced an innovative service in the form of providing Landlords and Tenants alike with an allocated Property Manager. Providing clients with one familiar point of contact with regard to every aspect of the property.
