We have some exciting news to share with you about our future plans for the lettings business at Lang Town & Country.
Following the acquisition of additional office space at the Mannamead Road branch we can now move ahead with our plans to relocate the lettings and maintenance teams there, enabling them to join forces with the sales team.
This means that during the course of 2018 we will be creating a one-stop ‘property powerhouse’ at 40, Mannamead Road.
The move is part of our continued business expansion and will also involve major investment in new technology and state-of-the-art telecommunications. These steps will ensure that we continue to provide the highest quality of customer service for our landlords.
This development means that we will be bringing together – under one roof – a wealth of property experience with the lettings, investment, sales and new homes teams all located at the same premises.
In addition, we will continue to maintain a lettings presence in both the Plymstock and Waterside offices.
