One of Plymouth’s leading independent estate agencies is strengthening its position in the waterside property market by opening a new office in the Barbican.
The new office, due to open soon, is located in Notte Street and will be the base for Lang Town & Country’s waterside property team, dealing with sales and lettings.
The sales team is headed up by Director Gareth Forrest, who has more than 15 years’ experience in the property market and has been
involved in the sale of many of Plymouth’s waterfront and new home developments.
Lang Town & Country’s membership of the Waterside Properties Network, which has 25 offices in the UK and overseas, ensures a high level of awareness of waterside properties in the Plymouth area among potential buyers.
