Carla has joined Lang Town & Country in the position of ‘Business Development’. Bringing to the company over 16 years’ experience working within the lettings sector, Carla will enhance our team with a wealth of knowledge, along with innovative business ideas to help further improve upon our services and customer service facilities.
Having been a fully affiliated member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) for the last 10 years, together with her active experience in the field, Carla has both a broad and in-depth knowledge of the lettings industry, to include various legal obligations, current legislations and health and safety regulations all Landlords, Tenants and Lettings Agents are legally obliged to adhere to.
Carla said, ‘I am delighted to be joining the lettings team. I feel I share the same passion for providing excellent customer and communicative service and having discussed with the Directors their vision and progression plan for the future of their lettings division, I knew this was an opportunity I could not pass up’.
Being a fellow advocate of our honest, professional yet friendly work ethic, Carla shares our vision and is excited by our plans for future developments and the potential for progression within our business.
Carla will also be liaising closely with our Property Managers in order to generate and secure tenancies that provide our Landlords with the most appropriate and highest quality tenants possible. Working in such a way will not only find tenants their perfect home, it will also, in turn generate a rental income swiftly for our Landlords.
