As Plymouth’s leading sales and letting agent, it’s our responsibility to lead by example. That’s why we’ve launched our first litter-picking project to tidy the streets around our offices.
Every couple of months, our teams will take part in events across the city where we pick up as much litter as possible.
It’s important that we work together to keep our city clean so we can all enjoy it. We’re also keen to support the local community in which we work and live.
Now, we’re calling on other local businesses to get on board and get involved. All you need is a litter-picker, some gloves and a bag to put your rubbish in. We also advise having some hand sanitiser with you.
Matt Minett from our Land & New Homes team says: “Team Lang have been conducting our first-ever – and first of many – litter-picking event to tidy the streets around our local offices.

The litter-picking scheme is the latest step in our commitment to being more sustainable and eco-friendly.
Earlier this year we added two new electric vehicles to our fleet and installed additional charge points at our new Plymouth office on Mutley Plain.
We’re hoping to expand the fleet over time and have them ready for when staff buy their own electric cars.
